Tracy Roche serves as Account Manager for the McGohan Team at McGohan Brabender in Dayton, Ohio.

Tracy’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies, and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Tracy conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Tracy earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Dayton. Tracy is also designated as a Group Benefits Disability Specialist. She has been an MB Family Member since 2002.
