Customer Care Representative
Ben Dillalogue serves as Customer Care Representative at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Ben is dedicated to exceeding his client’s expectations and creating a memorable experience. In his role as Customer Care Representative, he serves as an advocate for clients and their employees. When questions/issues are not adequately addressed with insurance carriers, Ben intervenes to provide answers, assistance and clarity. He provides his expertise in the areas of enrollment, claims, billing or benefit-related issues.
Ben brings nearly five years of professional experience to McGohan Brabender. Before joining MB, Ben served at a local television station as well as a nationally syndicated morning show. Ben fulfilled a variety of responsibilities within these positions, including monitoring “on-air,” playing shows, and editing shows and commercials. Ben also ran the sateillite uplink truck for the Morning Show.
Upon graduating from Pine-Richland High School in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, Ben attended the International College of Broadcasting in Dayton, Ohio. He obtained his Associate’s Degree in Audio Engineering and Television Production.
In his spare time outside of McGohan Brabender, Ben plays in the local rock band “Rhonda.”
