Ben Dillalogue serves as Customer Care Representative at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Ben is dedicated to exceeding his client’s expectations and creating a memorable experience. In his role as Customer Care Representative, he serves as an advocate for clients and their employees. When questions/issues are not adequately addressed with insurance carriers, Ben intervenes to provide answers, assistance and clarity. He provides his expertise in the areas of enrollment, claims, billing or benefit-related issues.

Upon graduating from Pine-Richland High School in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, Ben attended the International College of Broadcasting in Dayton, Ohio. He obtained his associate’s degree in audio engineering and television production.

Ben has been an MB Family Member since 2007.
