Account Manager

Billie Durbin serves as Account Manager for the Suttman Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Billie's primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies, and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Billie conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Upon graduating from Tecumseh High School, Billie continued her education at Sinclair Community College and Wright State University.  She has been an MB Family Member since 2006.
