Brenda Johnson serves as Customer Care Specialist at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
As Customer Care Specialist, Brenda is dedicated to exceeding her client’s expectations and creating a memorable experience. Brenda serves as an advocate for clients and their employees. When questions/issues are not adequately addressed with insurance carriers, Brenda intervenes to provide answers, assistance and clarity. She provides her expertise in the areas of enrollment, claims, billing or benefit-related issues.
Of Brenda’s over 25 years of professional experience, 22 of them have been within the insurance industry. For over two decades she served in a doctor’s office as a nurse and office manager, before joining McGohan Brabender. This gave her a multidimensional perspective and a vast depth of benefit knowledge that allows her to serve with excellence in her role as Customer Care Specialist.
Upon graduating high school, Brenda earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Healthcare Management. She is also designated as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
Church is an important part of Brenda’s life, and she attends Rejoicing Life Church of God.
