Carol Gaines serves as Account Manager for the Pope Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Carol’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Carol conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Of Carol’s nearly 30 years of professional experience, 12 have been in the insurance industry. Before joining McGohan Brabender, Carol focused her career on service-related roles within a small range of diverse industries, including printing and telecommunications.
Carol is married with one child.
