Account Manager
Carolyn Filson serves as Account Manager for the Suttman Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Carolyn’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Carolyn conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Of Carolyn’s over 20 years of professional experience, over 14 of them have been within the employee benefits industry. Carolyn worked closely with another area broker for over a decade before joining McGohan Brabender as an account manager.
Upon graduating from Alter High School in 1985, Carolyn went on to Wright State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.
Carolyn resides with her husband and two children in Centerville, Ohio.
