Senior Account Manager

Carolyn Filson serves as Senior Account Manager for the Suttman Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Carolyn’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Carolyn conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Upon graduating from Alter High School, Carolyn went on to Wright State University where she earned a degree in marketing.  She has been an MB Family Member since 2004.
