Renewal Specialist/ Administrative Assistant
Christine Hupke serves as Renewal Specialist and Administrative Assistant for the Rau Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
On the Renewal Specialist side, Christine's area of expertise lies in the renewal and reporting cycle for her team’s clients. Christine is responsible for coordinating the bid/marketing review process with the account managers, carrier representatives and clients. In addition to overseeing the bid and market review process, she is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of reporting for client groups. Christine excels at taking complicated financials and organizing them into an easy-to-understand format. This is a task that requires great attention to detail. On the administrative side, Christine's primary responsibility is schedule management. She serves as the team communication hub for correspondence, reporting, and renewal information between the team, insurance carrier and client. When an account manager is not immediately available to take a call or answer a question, Christine steps in to ensure that a client’s needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Christine brings nearly seven years of experience to McGohan Brabender. Before joining the employee benefits industry, she served at a promotional agency as a Customer Service Representative. In that position, Christine managed customer accounts, helped resolve issues, assisted in merchandise purchasing, and fulfilled and shipped orders. Before transitioning into her current role at MB as Renewal Specialist and Administrative Assistant, this previous customer service experience led Christine to a role as Customer Care Representative at McGohan Brabender. The knowledge and background that Christine collected through these previous service roles allows her to perform her position as Renewal Specialist and Administrative Assistant with excellence.
Christine is a graduate of West Carrollton Senior High School. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Eric, and has one two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Cierra.
