Cindy Fischer
Account Manager

Cindy Fischer serves as an Account Manager for the Suttman team at McGohan Brabender's headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Cindy’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Cindy conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Cindy brings over 20 years of professional experience to MB, ten of which she gained within the insurance industry. She began her career in the healthcare field as a pharmacy technician, later moving on to work in the field of transportation as a transportation coordinator. Most recently, before joining MB, Cindy served on the insurance brokerage side as an account manager. The collective experience Cindy brings from these previous positions allows her to serve in her role as Account Manager with excellence.

Upon graduating from Beavercreek High School, Cindy obtained her B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University. She also holds her Life, Health and Annuity License.

Cindy resides with husband Steve and has one son, Glen.
