Cindy Koebernick
Account Manager
Cindy Koebernick works as an Account Manager at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Cindy’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Cindy conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Cindy has nearly 25 years of experience in the medical/ insurance industry. Her work with a large local hospital doing quality care reviews soon led her to joining the medical insurance carrier side. During Cindy’s time working with that aspect of benefits, she went from working in health services to Quality Assurance to sales and marketing in the capacity of Account Manager for groups from 10 to 5,000 .
Cindy earned her B.S. from Wright State University. She is licensed in Life and Health for both Ohio and Kentucky. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Dayton Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Throughout 2007 Cindy has been an Honored Member of Cambridge Who's Who. Cindy considers community involvement a high priority, and serves as a member of the Miami Valley Literacy Council as well as the Miami Valley Hosta Association.
A Dayton native, Cindy resides there with her husband Tom and has three sons.
