Enrollment Services Administrator

Dayton Boyd serves as an  Administrator for the Enrollment Services Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

As  Administrator for the Enrollment Services Team, Dayton assists in managing McGohan Brabender’s online benefit communication/enrollment portals. Her duties include setting up new clients in the systems, updating employee information, handling employee issues, resolving carrier issues with the enrollment systems, training HR managers on the use of MyMBLink and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable for MB’s larger clients.  Dayton also assists in conducting dependent audits and managing a modified Human Resources Outsourcing Center for several McGohan Brabender clients.

Dayton is a graduate of Springboro High School, and she holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Ohio State University.  She has been an MB Family Member since 2008.
