Donna Herman
Account Manager
Donna Herman serves as Account Manager for the Hopf-Schmidt Business Unit at McGohan Brabender.
Donna’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Donna conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Donna holds more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She held various benefit and non-benefit-related roles before joining McGohan Brabender. These included Operations Manager, Payroll Specialist, Claims/Customer Service Manager, Claims Auditor, and Claims/Customer Service Analyst, among others.
Donna is married to husband Jim. They have two daughers, Angela and Christina, and three grandchildren: Elliott, Ethan and Samantha.
