Donna Rhyne serves as Media Communications Specialist at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

As Media Communications Specialist, Donna embodies the expertise behind the creation, editing and production of all of McGohan Brabender’s multimedia projects. Whether MB clients find value in benefit videos, new hire DVDs, open enrollment CDs or any other multimedia-related endeavor, Donna tailors and perfects it according to their specific needs. Donna is also responsible for the creation of Total Compensation Statements for MB clients. She takes the information given by the client for each specific individual in their organization and compiles it into one clean, easy-to-understand booklet, outlining the employee’s total benefits package.

Donna is a graduate of Jefferson High School and the Montgomery County Joint Vocational School. She has further expanded her knowledge of computer programs through courses at Sinclair Community College and Wright State University.   She has been an MB Family Member since 2003.
