Renewal Specialist
Jen Gilroy serves as a Renewal Specialist on the McGohan-Rieger team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Jen’s area of expertise focuses on the renewal and reporting cycle for her team’s clients. Jen is responsible for coordinating the bid/marketing review process with the account managers, carrier representatives and clients. In addition to overseeing the bid and market review process, she is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of reporting for client groups. Jen excels at taking complicated financials and organizing them into an easy-to-understand format. This is a task that requires great attention to detail.
Jen brings with her to MB almost ten years of overall work experience, all of which were insurance/benefit related. Her previous designations which include administrative assistant and nurse’s aid, helped to prepare her for her role here as Renewal Specialist. The patience and organization that she learned in her previous roles have allowed her to excel in her position with McGohan Brabender.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business Management and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She also enjoys helping her community by volunteering for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Catholic HEART Workcamp. She has even volunteered her time to work at hospitals with mentally ill patients.
Jen resides in Kettering, Ohio with her beloved dog, Lacey.
