Jen Gilroy serves as a Renewal Specialist on the Renewal Specialist Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Jen’s area of expertise focuses on the renewal and reporting cycle for her team’s clients. Jen is responsible for coordinating the bid/marketing review process with the account managers, carrier representatives and clients. In addition to overseeing the bid and market review process, she is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of reporting for client groups. Jen excels at taking complicated financials and organizing them into an easy-to-understand format. This is a task that requires great attention to detail.

Jen holds a bachelor's degree in both business management and psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been an MB Family Member since 2008.
