JoAnn Matusoff serves as Renewal Specialist for the Small Business Team at McGohan Brabender in Dayton, Ohio.
JoAnn’s area of expertise focuses on the renewal and reporting cycle for the clients of the Small Business Team. JoAnn is responsible for coordinating the bid/marketing review process with the account managers, carrier representatives and clients. In addition to overseeing the bid and market review process, she is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of reporting for client groups.
JoAnn holds her bachelor's degree in human ecology from Ohio State University, as well as various designations from the Health Insurance Association of America. She has been an MB Family Member since 2005.
