Renewal Specialist
John Chapman serves as Renewal Specialist on the Pope-Lombardo Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
John’s area of expertise focuses on the renewal and reporting cycle for his team’s clients. John is responsible for coordinating the bid/marketing review process with the account managers, carrier representatives and clients. In addition to overseeing the bid and market review process, he is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of reporting for client groups. John excels at taking complicated financials and organizing them into an easy-to-understand format. This is a task that requires great attention to detail.
John brings over six years of experience to McGohan Brabender. Prior to joining the MB Family, John built a strong foundation for his career through his work in co-founding a real estate investment company. Serving as the COO, John was responsible for the areas of sales, marketing, human resources, and more. The experience he gained through his duties in his previous industry allows him to excel in his role in employee benefits and consulting at MB.
A graduate of Carroll High School, John went on to attend Sinclair Community College and Franklin University, where he obtained a B.S. in Marketing. John is currently pursuing his MBA at Wright State University.
John is married to his wife Sarah. In his time outside of MB, he serves as a lector at his church and as the Committee Chair for Boy Scout Troop 217, which is the troop that helped him become an Eagle Scout.
