Kim Balling serves as Senior Client Services and Communication Specialist at McGohan Brabender in Dayton, Ohio.

As Senior Client Services and Communication Specialist, Kim carries out three core responsibilities. These responsibilities include operating as web-based utilization specialist, serving as coordinator of the MB Learning Center, and fulfilling her role as media liaison and spokesperson for McGohan Brabender. On the Learning Center side, Kim’s focus is to recruit instructors, assemble courses and ensure the smooth operation of each class.

Kim attended Miami Valley School of Court Reporting, later seguing into a career in business communication. Kim has been an MB Family Member since 2003.
