Account Manager

Kim Collier serves as Account Manager for the Hopf Team at McGohan Brabender in Dayton and Columbus, Ohio.

Kim’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies, and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Kim conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Before joining McGohan Brabender, Kim focused her career on sales reporting, website maintenance, creating marketing materials and training. She has been an MB Family Member since 2004.
