Kim Collier
Account Manager
Kim Collier serves as Account Manager for the Lombardo Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Kim’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Kim conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Of Kim’s over 20 years of professional experience, she has spent seven of them within the insurance industry. Before joining McGohan Brabender, Kim focused her career on sales reporting, website maintenance, creating marketing materials, and training. She later went on to join the Sales and Service Team of an area medical carrier, working on renewals and offering client support daily.
Upon graduating high school, Kim obtained her Associates Degree in Information Systems.
