Kim Jones serves as Senior Sales Representative for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions in Dayton, Ohio.

As Senior Sales Repesentative, Kim’s primary concentration lies in educating her Medicare-eligible clients. She does so by helping them understand the available options, assisting them in determining their personal healthcare needs, and supporting them in making informed decisions based on those specific needs. The education that Kim provides is implemented through informational seminars and one-on-one visits. After these steps are carried out, Kim follows through to deliver the programs most beneficial to each client, being attentive to each individual’s changing needs throughout the years. Kim’s ultimate goal is to be the trusted benefit resource for her clients.

Twenty of Kim’s 30 years of professional experience have been within the insurance industry, her primary focus lying in the arenas of sales and marketing. Kim spent a number of years working at major insurance carriers, fulfilling such roles as Sales Representative , Medicare Sales Representative, Marketing Coordinator, and Executive Assistant. In these positions Kim carried out several responsibilities, one of which was educating and enrolling potential members into individual healthcare plans within both the under-65 market and the senior market. Kim also prepared RFPs for commercial group business, led educational seminars for seniors, and coordinated and conducted open enrollments for commercial groups and individual senior markets. As a result of these past positions, Kim brings a vast depth of knowledge and experience to Senior Solutions that allows her to serve as Senior Sales Representative with excellence.

Upon graduating from Woodward High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kim went on to obtain her B.S. in Psychology from Xavier University. Kim is a licensed agent for Life, Health and HMO in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Missouri.

Kim considers community involvement a high priority in her life. She serves as a member of the American Marketing Association as well as the Morning Star Baptist Church Seed Corporation, a non-profit organization. Kim is also actively involved with the inner city youth and Walnut Hills community programs.

Kim has two sons: Harris Neal, 25, and Jamal Neal, 20. She also has three grandsons, ages 4, 3, and six months.
