Service Representative
Lindsey Hummel serves as a Service Representative for McGohan Brabender’s Cincinnati office.
Lindsey’s primary duties are to make sure that the entire Cincinnati office has all the needed resources to deliver exceptional levels of service to McGohan Brabender clients. She serves as the communication hub for correspondence, reporting, and renewal information between the account team, insurance carrier and client. When an account manager is not immediately available to take a call or answer a question, Lindsey steps in to ensure that a client’s needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Lindsey brings an impressive set of skills to the McGohan Brabender Cincinnati office as their Service Representative. With her prior designations focusing on customer service, sales and marketing, Lindsey excels at her position with MB. Although she is new to the insurance business, she has had almost five years of professional experience and possesses the necessary skills to do well in this industry.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Wright State University. There, she joined Zeta Tau Alpha, a sorority that volunteers frequently with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
She resides in Cincinnati with her husband, Ian.
