Lisa Baldwin
Account Manager

Lisa Baldwin serves as Account Manager on the Small Business Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio. 

Lisa’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain small business client relationships by providing superior levels of account service and meeting the specialized needs of the smaller group market. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations when needed, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Lisa’s principal goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations. 

With nearly 25 years of professional experience, Lisa has invested 15 of them in the insurance industry. During her time working with medical carriers, Lisa served as executive secretary to the Vice President and Marketing Director of her company. This experience allowed Lisa to bring a broad expanse of knowledge with her to the employee benefit brokerage arena.

Upon graduating high school, Lisa went on to obtain her Executive Secretarial Associates Degree.

Lisa resides in Springboro with her one of two daughters.
