Account Manager Lori Glynn serves as Account Manager for the Small Business Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio. Lori’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain small business client relationships by providing superior levels of account service and meeting the specialized needs of the smaller group market. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations when needed, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Lori’s principal goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations. Of Lori’s more than 15 years of professional experience, 11 of them have been within the insurance industry. Lori’s previous experience with an investment brokerage and a medical insurance carrier prepared her well for her role as Account Manager with MB. During her time with these firms, Lori was responsible for serving as internal support for the sales office, researching and resolving client issues, and for handling the different facets of the pre- and post-renewal processes. Lori also carried out responsibilities associated with the quoting process and the preparation of insurance proposals. Lori is a graduate of Dayton Christian High School. She holds licenses in Accident & Health, Life, and Variable Annuities. Lori is married with one child.
