Marci Agnor
Senior Account Manager
Marci Agnor serves as Senior Account Manager at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Marci’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Marci conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Of Marci's nearly 40 years of professional experience, 27 of them have been dedicated to the employee benefits industry. Marci has experience both on the medical carrier side and the benefit brokerage side. Throughout the years she has served in both capacities in the sales and service fields and in specific roles including Medical Services/Provider Relations Manager, Manager of Account Service, and Senior Account Manager.
Upon graduating high school, Marci continued her education at Sinclair Community College. Marci also went on to obtain her Dental License as well as her Accident/Health/Life/Variable Annuities License.
Marci is married to husband Ron. During her time outside of McGohan Brabender, Marci enjoys traveling, reading, walking, and spending time with her daughter and grandson.
