Michaela Kramer
Service Representative

Michaela Kramer serves as Service Representative for McGohan Brabender in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Michaela’s primary duties are to make sure that the entire Cincinnati office has all the needed resources to deliver exceptional levels of service to McGohan Brabender clients. She serves as the communication hub for correspondence, reporting and renewal information between the account team, insurance carrier and client. When an account manager is not immediately available to take a call or answer a question, Michaela steps in to ensure that clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Michaela attended the University of Dayton, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in business administration. She has been an MB Family Member since 2009.
