Pam Calvert
Account Manager
Pam Calvert serves as Account Manager for the Brabender/Horton Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Pam’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Pam conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Of Pam’s over ten years of professional experience, seven have been in the insurance industry. Before joining McGohan Brabender, Pam served as a Service Representative at another previous broker. There she dealt with unresolved services issues including those dealing in enrollment, claims and billing. She also worked closely with prospect and renewal medical comparison spreadsheets and prepared and tracked Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Upon graduating high school, Pam obtained licenses in the field of Cosmetology and also in the field of Life and Health Insurance. Additionally, she holds a diploma in Micro Computer Operations/Data Entry.
Pam enjoys getting involved with the community through McGohan Brabender. She can be found helping to serve lunches at The Other Place homeless shelter in Dayton and contributing to MB’s “Christmas Family Fund” for the YWCA, a shelter for battered women in the Dayton area.
Pam has been married for 19 years to her high school sweetheart. She and her husband have two sons, ages 16 and 18, along with two cats and one fish.
