As Co-Chairman of McGohan Brabender Companies, Pat’s primary focus lies in developing the long-range vision of MB and its affiliated organizations. Pat first founded our organization in 1972 as McGohan & Associates. Over 20 years, three companies, 160 employees and five offices later, Pat’s passion has helped establish McGohan Brabender as one of the largest employee benefit brokerages in the country.

Pat’s business philosophy is simple: do the right thing every time, all the time for clients, and you’ll never get in trouble. He holds the same attitude toward our employees. Although busier than ever, Pat still takes the time to have lunch with each and every employee throughout the year to gain valuable feedback and make sure that everyone’s professional and personal needs are met.
