Patty Alteslane
Manager of Enrollment Services
Patty Alteslane serves as Manager of Enrollment Services at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
As Manager of Enrollment Services, Patty is the key leader in managing McGohan Brabender’s online benefit communication/enrollment portal, MyMBLink. Within the scope of her MyMBLink management role Patty carries out a variety of duties, including: setting up new clients in the system, updating employee information, handling employee issues, resolving carrier issues with the enrollment system, training HR managers on the use of MyMBLink and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable for MB’s larger clients.
Prior to her employment at MB, Patty has spent the last 15 years as a Human Resources/Benefit Manager for companies with employee sizes from 80 – 300. In addition, Patty started up, owned and operated a successful contemporary ceramic studio for 8 years. She spent another 8 years the United States Army, two of which she was a Drill Sergeant. Also while in the military she served as the Point of Contact for all military retirees in the Northwest Region, ensuring that they were enrolled in their health and welfare benefits. In addition to Patty’s experience actually serving in the military, Patty did a national television commercial “Be all you can be in the U.S. Army” that aired from 1980-82.
Patty is a graduate of West Carrollton Senior High School and has earned an Associates Degree of General Studies at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington. Patty is continually improving her knowledge in the human resource/benefit arena by attending certification courses and other courses offered by local colleges.
Patty lives in Centerville with her husband Al. She has three daughters, two grandchildren and one son-in-law. She enjoys golf, bowling, traveling, playing cards and simply spending quality time with her family.
