Customer Care Representative
Peggy Carson serves as Customer Care Representative at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Peggy is dedicated to exceeding her client’s expectations and creating a memorable experience. In her role as Customer Care Representative, she serves as an advocate for clients and their employees. When questions/issues are not adequately addressed with insurance carriers, Peggy intervenes to provide answers, assistance and clarity. She provides her expertise in the areas of enrollment, claims, billing or benefit-related issues.
Of Peggy’s more than ten years of professional experience, five of them have been within the insurance industry. Before joining McGohan Brabender, Peggy served as a Customer Service Representative in the Internal Resolution Unit at a nationally-recognized carrier. The experience she gained in the service arena with that carrier prepared her to serve in her role at MB as Customer Care Representative with excellence.
Peggy holds her Medical Coding and Billing diploma from Southwestern College. During her time outside of MB, she stays involved in the community doing volunteer work for the Coffman YMCA Swim Team.
