Penni Hibbard
Service Representative
Penni Hibbard serves as Service Representative for the Brabender Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
As Service Representative, Penni’s primary duties are to make sure that the entire account team has all the necessary resources to deliver exceptional levels of service to McGohan Brabender clients. She serves as the communication hub for correspondence, reporting, and renewal information between the account team, insurance carrier and client. When an account manager is not immediately available to take a call or answer a question, Penni steps in to ensure that a client’s needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Penni is a “returning champion” of McGohan Brabender, having previously served for a number of years as Tim Brabender’s primary assistant. Of Penni’s over 30 years of professional experience, 26 of them were gained within the insurance industry. Among the insurance brokerages and agencies she worked with, Penni served in a variety of roles. These roles included that of Account Manager, New Business Coordinator, and Office Manager. At one point in her career, Penni even served as a bank teller and worked with new accounts and loans. The depth of knowledge and experience Penni gained serving in these positions allowed her to perform her current role at MB with excellence.
After graduating high school, Penni went on to attend cosmetology school. She currently holds her Health and Life License.
Penni resides in West Carrollton with her husband Don. They have three sons: Jerry, Justin and Joshua.
