Rachel Cuadros
Account Manager
Rachel Cuadros serves as Account Manager on the Small Business Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Rachel’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain small business client relationships by providing superior levels of account service and meeting the specialized needs of the smaller group market. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations when needed, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Rachel’s principal goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Rachel brings nearly ten years of experience in the employee benefits arena to McGohan Brabender. Before joining MB, Rachel operated as a service specialist in the dental department of a local insurance carrier. From there she transitioned into another service-related role at a prior benefits brokerage. It was there that she gained the depth of insurance knowledge and experience that aides her in her account service responsibilities here at MB.
Rachel is a graduate of Xenia High School.
