Rachel Darnell

Rachel Darnell serves as Customer Care Specialist at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Rachel is dedicated to exceeding her client’s expectations and creating a memorable experience. Rachel serves as an advocate for clients and their employees. When questions/issues are not adequately addressed with insurance carriers, Rachel intervenes to provide answers, assistance and clarity. She provides her expertise in the areas of enrollment, claims, billing or benefit-related issues.
Of Rachel’s nearly 15 years of professional experience, six of them have been within the insurance industry. Before joining McGohan Brabender, Rachel served at a medical billing company handling medical billing, appeals, and accounts receivable. She also aided patients in handling their own bills-- all experiences which prepared her to carry out her role as a Customer Serve Representative at MB with excellence.
Rachel is a graduate of Trotwood-Madison High School. She has a background in American Sign Language and is currently working toward obtaining either a certificate in Deaf Studies and/or an Associates Degree in American Sign Language.
Rachel is highly active in the community through her church. She most enjoys getting involved in her church’s free summer festivals and the various outreach efforts they employ.
Rachel is married with three children. Her entire family is active in their church, New Life Worship Center in Vandalia, Ohio.
