Robert Cleary
Vice President of Sales & Service
Robert Cleary serves as the vice president of sales and service for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS) in Dayton, Ohio.
In this role Rob is highly involved in all aspects of sales and customer service at MBSS; serving as leader, trainer and mentor. Rob’s goal is to educate his team so that they can serve the senior market in the most expert and efficient manner possible.
Cleary brings over 25 years of professional experience to MBSS; almost all of which comes from within the insurance industry. Before joining MBSS Rob served as director of new business at McGohan Brabender. Throughout the course of his career, he has served in various positions on the carrier side of the insurance industry including: vice president of Key Account Sales and Account Management, chief operating officer, and regional vice president within the different locations of a well-known national health insurance carrier. Rob brings an invaluable wealth of sales knowledge and skill to McGohan Brabender and its employees.
Cleary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. He was also involved in his previous firm’s President’s Leadership Development Program at the Wharton School of Business.
