Service Representative Ruth Grieshop serves as Service Representative for the Pope Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio. Ruth’s primary duties are to make sure that the entire account team has all the needed resources to deliver exceptional levels of service to McGohan Brabender clients. She serves as the communication hub for correspondence, reporting, and renewal information between the account team, insurance carrier and client. When an account manager is not immediately available to take a call or answer a question, Ruth steps in to ensure that a client’s needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Of Ruth’s over 20 years of professional experience, four have been within the employee benefits industry. Ruth has served in a variety of positions throughout the duration of her career. Before narrowing her focus to the employee benefits industry, Ruth made her start as a music director for Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church. Upon transitioning to the business realm, Ruth came to serve as co-owner of a firm in the marketing and advertising industry. Just before coming on board with MB, Ruth concentrated on promoting programs for at-risk and special needs students as the director. Within that position, Ruth developed relationships with 11 school districts, managed staff, prepared and managed their annual budget and monthy billing, and oversaw continuing education for staff members. Upon graduating high school, Ruth continued her education in the Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education. Community involvement is a high priority for Ruth, as she has been involved in several creative arts-oriented organizations throughout the Dayton area. Ruth has three sons.
