Sarah Schena serves as Human Resources Coordinator at McGohan Brabender in Dayton, Ohio.

Sarah’s primary duties include recruiting, applicant tracking, new hire onboarding, and safety among other responsibilities. Before joining MB, Sarah gained several years of HR experience working as both a Recruiter at an international firm and as Human Resources Manager at a local security company.

Sarah earned a bachelor's degree in communication management and Spanish from the University of Dayton.  She has been an MB Family Member since 2010.
