Sharon Kendall
Account Executive
Sharon Kendall serves as an Account Executive at McGohan Brabender’s Columbus location in Dublin, Ohio.
As Account Executive, Sharon is responsible for new account development and providing an exceptional level of service to existing clients. This is accomplished through continuous learning, skill development in all areas of the benefit management, and by listening to her clients’ needs. Her goal is to be the trusted benefit resource for clients.
Sharon holds over 25 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industries. She began her career as an Underwriter and then transitioned into a Team Leader/ Account Manager role at a life and health insurance firm. From there she went on to serve in the firm’s sales office, working in both account management and sales management positions. Sharon later joined another firm dealing in life and annuities as a Senior Employee Benefits Manager, responsible for building and managing her own book of business. The majority of Sharon’s experience has been focused on large accounts in the self-funding arena.
Graduating summa cum laude from St. Louis University, Sharon obtained her B.S. in Organizational Leadership. She also holds her FLMI (Fellow of the Life Management Institute) and HIA (Health Insurance Associate) designations. As a member of the Dublin Rotary, Sharon is highly involved in a variety of community service projects. She is also a part of the Dublin Green Team, an environmental service-oriented team, and the Columbus Association of Group Executives (of which she is former president and Board member).
Sharon currently resides in Dublin with her son, Alex.
