Account Manager
Shelly Bradford serves as an Account Manager on the Brabender Team at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Shelly’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Shelly conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Shelly brings nearly five years of professional experience to McGohan Brabender. Before joining MB she concentrated her work efforts within the arenas of customer service and training at a national restaurant chain. There Shelly operated as a server and assisted management in the training of new servers. The experience she gained in her previous role has allowed her to perform the responsibilities of her position at McGohan Brabender with excellence.
Shelly is a recent graduate of Wright State University, having obtained her Bachelor of Science in Education. Throughout her time at Wright State she served actively in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, which was heavily involved with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Shelly currently resides in Beavercreek, Ohio.
