Senior Account Manager

Susan Carter serves as Senior Account Manager for Tony Malagari on the Schmidt Team at McGohan Brabender in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Sue’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies, and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally Sue conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Sue attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College in Michigan and has earned various professional designations and certificates in the health care field. Sue has been an MB Family Member since 2005.
