Susan Slate
Account Manager

Susan Slate serves as Account Manager for the McGohan-Rieger Team at McGohan Brabender in Dayton, Ohio.

Susan’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level presonnel, contributes ideas and strategies, and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Susan conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Before joining MB, Susan worked in healthcare, focusing largely on managed care contracting and hospital-based administration. She has been an MB Family Member since 2004.
