Beth Bailey
Director of Account Services
Beth Bailey serves as Director of Account Services for the Hopf-Schmidt Unit at McGohan Brabender in Dayton, Ohio.
Beth’s primary duties are to strengthen and maintain client relationships by providing the highest level of account service and adhering to McGohan Brabender’s quality standards. She assists clients in plan design, participates in presentations with high-level personnel, contributes ideas and strategies and manages all aspects of her clients’ renewals. Additionally, Beth conducts meetings, presentations and ongoing benefit communication with employees. Her goal is to exceed her clients’ expectations.
Of Beth’s nearly 30 years of experience, 16 have been in the insurance and employee benefit industry. In her previous experience with medical carriers, she began in the flexible benefit area working in renewals, marketing and sales. She later became Director of Operations, responsible for large processing medical claims, customer service, account management and renewals.
Beth is a graduate of Stephen T. Badin High School, later going on to attend Miami University and the University of Cincinnati. In addition to being a Health Insurance Associate, Beth was also designated with the Xavier University Senior Management Program Certification.
In her spare time, Beth serves as a Lector and PTS volunteer for Sacred Heart Church and is involved with her children's various athletic teams.
Beth resides in Fairfield, Ohio with her husband Mark and her three children: Morgan, McKenna and Mason.
