Terry Cole
Account Executive
Terry Cole serves as Account Executive at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
As an Account Executive, Terry is responsible for new account development and providing an exceptional level of service to existing clients. This is accomplished through continuous learning, skill development in all areas of the benefit management, and by listening to his clients’ needs. His goal is to the trusted benefit resource for clients.
Terry has worked in the employee benefits industry for nearly 25 years. Terry served as a partner/owner during his previous experience in the benefit brokerage business before coming to McGohan Brabender. In that role he was responsible for managing the overall operations of sales and service.
Upon graduating from Middletown Fenwick High School, Terry went on to earn his B.S. in Marketing from Miami University.
Terry considers a commitment to community to be a high priority. Throughout the years he has coached youth sports such as baseball, basketball and soccer in both Kettering and Vandalia. He has also served as President of the Crossroads Running Club.
Terry is married with three children and four grandchildren.
