Theresa Keilholz supports the Hopf Team as a Service Representative at McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.

Theresa's primary duties are to make sure that the entire account team has all the needed resources to deliver exceptional levels of service to McGohan Brabender clients. She serves as the communication hub for correspondence, reporting and renewal information between the account team, insurance carrier and client. When an account manager is not immediately available to take a call or answer a question, Theresa steps in to ensure that clients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Theresa holds her bachelor's degree in integrated strategic communications from the University of Kentucky. She has been an MB Family Member since 2009.
