Tim Brabender is Co-Chairman of McGohan Brabender Companies in Dayton, Ohio. 

Tim’s area of expertise lies in setting the long-range vision for McGohan Brabender Companies while continuing to cultivate relationships - both internally and externally. Tim also continues to serve as an Account Executive at McGohan Brabender’s Dayton office. As Account Executive, he is responsible for new account development and providing an exceptional level of service to existing clients. This is accomplished through continuous learning, skill development in all areas of the benefit management, and listening to his clients’ needs. Tim’s goal is to continue to be the trusted benefit resource for clients.

In 1985, Tim joined Pat McGohan as a business partner, turning “McGohan & Associates” into what we know today as McGohan Brabender.

Tim graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He has been an MB Family Member since 1985.
