Tyson attended Penn State, and joined Dale Carnegie in 1995. In 1998 as Vice President of Sales for Dale Carnegie Philadelphia, he led and managed one of the top fi ve producing sales teams in Dale Carnegie worldwide. He took over the Dale Carnegie sponsorship in Cleveland in November 2002, and in 2003 he won the prestigious Chairman’s award from Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc., after his landmark success with sales in his fi rst year in the Cleveland market. Traci Tigue, a Regional Sales Director of Dale Carnegie Training of Ohio & Indiana, has been part of Dale Carnegie helping them place Dale Carnegie of Ohio into the Top Ten franchises in the world. Proud to be a Falcon from Bowling Green State University, Tigue became involved with Dale Carnegie Training of Ohio working her way up through the organization during multiple acquisitions proved that Tigue was a valuable asset to the team. She was promoted to the position of Regional Sales Director in early 2004. Under Tigue’s first year as Director, the Northeast Ohio Sales Team produced results that led to Dale Carnegie of Ohio and Indiana becoming the #2 franchise in the world. Tigue has been recognized for her Management and Sales numbers as a top performer worldwide, consecutively in 2006 and 2007. Robinson is a facilitator, trainer & conductor of areas such as performance management, leadership, sales, sales management, customer service and team building.
Tigue, resides in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband. As for her career in Carnegie she says, “In a time where there is a lot of negativity, what a great feeling it is walking into work every day knowing that the lives that you touch that day will be made stronger, more positive and happier by what we offer. Laura Nortz , Dale Carnegie Training of Ohio®
Developing talent is the main focus for Laura Nortz. Laura began her Dale Carnegie career as a participant in the Sales Advantage program. At the time, she was working as a sales representative and saw first hand how Dale Carnegie training improved skills and behaviors to produce results. She moved into a sales management position before deciding to join Dale Carnegie Training full time. Laura was certified as a Dale Carnegie Course trainer in 1989 and subsequently has been certified as a multi course trainer focusing on identifying client needs and delivering training that improves the core competencies of individuals and helps organizations move closer to achieving their vision.
Laura has worked with companies of all sizes including Ford, General Motors, Invacare, Henkel Consumer Adhesives, R.W. Beckett and BMW Financial Services. She consistently achieves high scores in customer satisfaction. As Director of Training and Development for Dale Carnegie Training of Ohio and Indiana, Nortz states, “we witness clients accomplish growth in their personal and professional life that has a direct impact on productivity.”
Prior to her involvement with Dale Carnegie Training, Laura received a B.B.A. Laura has also served in various roles within her church and community. She and her husband of twenty-two years have three children.

Kevin Watts, Dale Carnegie Training of Ohio®
After a 22 year broadcasting career, Kevin Watts joined Dale Carnegie of Ohio full-time in September of 2004. He is certified to instruct all of the core courses, as well as all seminars and workshops offered by Dale Carnegie. Kevin’s primary focus involves in-house projects, delivering customized training programs for a wide variety of companies and employees. Past and current projects include Progressive Insurance, Heinen’s, Intigral and the Cleveland Indians (Cleveland), Degussa and Prasco (Cincinnati), Nationwide Insurance and BMW (Columbus), McGohan-Bradender (Dayton), and others.
Kevin chose Dale Carnegie as a new career path after taking his first course in 2002 and “taking my life to places I never thought were possible!”

His first sales management position came just 4 years into his career, and he worked as sales manager at WDOK Radio in Cleveland from 1991 to 2004, receiving a nomination for national radio “sales manager of the year” in 1999. Kevin also spent two years (1989-1991) selling radio advertising for Cleveland Indians Baseball and Cleveland Browns Football.
Kevin and wife Lisa have been married for 27 years, and have two sons – Bryan, 24 and Eric, 20. They have called Westlake (a Cleveland suburb) home for the past 16 years.

Robert T. Dunlevey, Senior Partner, Dunlevey, Mahan & Furry
Robert T. Dunlevey is a management, labor and employment law attorney and senior partner in the fi rm of Dunlevey, Mahan & Furry. His fi rm provides employment law counseling to businesses throughout the Midwest. Bob has represented businesses for over three decades. His representation involves federal and state court litigation, NLRB and EEOC proceedings, workers’ compensation and OSHA defense, wagehour administration and collective bargaining. Bob was previously employed by a Fortune 500 corporation as “in-house” labor counsel and served 53 plants in the U.S. and 10 plants in Canada with respect to labor relations, discriminations and collective bargaining. Kristi Dinsmore, Senior Consultant Workforce Development & Corporate Services for Sinclair Community College
Prior to joining Sinclair, Kristi was Vice President, Consulting Services for Right Management Consultants where she focused on leadership development, specifically coaching senior executives and high-potential talent. From 1999 through 2003, she was Director of the University of Dayton’s Center for Leadership & Executive Development where she created custom-designed development offerings for Fortune 1000 senior executives. She has experience working in the retail, consumer products and technology industries with both global and national companies. Kristi has worked extensively with such nationally known business thought leaders as Ram Charan, Jim Kouzes, Brad Smart and Robert Goldberg. Since joining Sinclair, she has focused on leveraging her corporate and leadership development experience to meet client management and consulting needs in the area of individual and organizational effectiveness.

Pete Kunk is a Partner of Built to Lead, an executive coaching firm serving clients in Ohio and the surrounding states. Mike Suttman, Partner, McGohan Brabender
Mike Suttman is Vice President and Shareholder of McGohan Brabender. He works out of McGohan Brabender’s headquarters in Dayton, Ohio.
Mike is responsible for new account development and providing an exceptional level of service to existing clients. This is accomplished through continuous learning, skill development in all areas of benefit management, and by listening to his clients’ needs. His goal is to be the trusted benefit resource for clients.
Mike began his career more than 20 years ago in the employee benefits industry with McGohan Brabender. At the start of his career at MB, Mike held the position of Service Representative, operating as the communication hub for correspondence, reporting, and renewal information between the account team, insurance carrier and client. Mike soon transitioned into the sales arena, exercising his ever-expanding benefit knowledge to fulfill the responsibility of new account development. Throughout the tenure of his various positions within the company, Mike has strived to ensure that clients’ needs were met and their expectations were exceeded. Among Mike’s principal strengths is his ability to help organizations develop a long-term vision for their benefit program.
As Vice President of McGohan Brabender, one of Mike’s core endeavors now is to educate the region on the most current healthcare initiatives and trends. The topic of Consumer-Driven Healthcare, a trend which is fast gaining popularity in the healthcare realm, is Mike’s area of expertise.
Upon graduating from Alter High School in 1983, Mike went on to continue his education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. There, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Mike considers church and community high priorities in his life. He serves as an active member of Incarnation Catholic Church Parish. He is also highly involved as a volunteer for the Mentors Matter Program in Dayton, Ohio.
Mike resides with wife Stephanie and their four children: Calvin, Anna, and twins Rachel and Zoe.

Heather Bailey, Client Wellness Coordinator - McGohan Brabender
Heather enjoys a unique position within McGohan Brabender, as it is her job to identify and address company-wide needs-- and then produce results! Since joining MB in 2004, she has laid the groundwork to establish MB’s Human Resources Department, created an internal performance- based bonus program, and formalized a
charitable giving program to serve the communities of which MB is a part.
Her most recent challenge has been to develop a wellness program that can be carried out to clients. Modeling the program after McGohan Brabender’s own successful CLIMB (Changing Lifestyles Inside McGohan Brabender) wellness program, she steers companies to harness employee volunteers to own and carry the message of “wellness” to their fellow employees. This product has been branded as “eMBrace Wellness,” a customized solution for clients of all sizes to use when establishing in-house wellness programs.
In 2007, she was a workshop presenter at the state-wide Healthy Ohio conference and also became certified through WELCOA (Wellness Council of America).
A volunteer member of Healthy Dayton Coalition, she collaborates to help Miami Valley residents choose lifestyle behaviors that improve their health. Through it, she is serving on the steering committee of an exciting project coordinated by Wright State University’s Center for Healthy Communities. This multi-year project analyzes the Miami Valley’s wellness attributes that bridge (or prevent) citizens to be well. The first cycle of this project is expected to be finished in 12 months.
Heather brings 22 years of professional experience to McGohan Brabender. Before joining MB, Heather held the position of Vice President of Grants and Programs at The Dayton Foundation. Through this nonprofit work, she developed the skills to work with volunteer leadership who strive to bring good to the community. This skill serves her well as she pulls together volunteers to create cultures of wellness in their own companies. Heather is a graduate of Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, where she earned two Bachelor’s degrees: a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Business Management.

David Homan, Director of Client Services & Communications
David serves as Director of Client Services and Communication for McGohan Brabender. In this role, he not only oversees the direction of the department—he also takes the lead on the research and development of new products and services for McGohan Brabender, and is passionate about staying on the cutting edge of technology. Other duties include coordinating the marketing, advertising, and community service initiatives for McGohan Brabender. David sits on the Product Advisory Board for Online Benefits.
David holds over 15 years of experience, all of them having been gained in the benefits/insurance industry. Prior to working at McGohan Brabender, he worked at an ancillary carrier as an account executive as well Manager of Corporate Communication. David is a southwestern-Ohio native, graduating from Archbishop Alter High School as well as the University of Cincinnati and Miami University.
While not at work, David is a home-body and coaches a number of his kids athletic teams. He also serves as President of Bishop Leibold PTO. David lives in Springboro with his wife, Amy, and their children Sam, Maura, Max and Ellie.

Donald Mackos, President of McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions located in Dayton, Ohio.
As President, Don is responsible for much more than just overseeing McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions. Don’s principal focus is to ensure that Senior Solutions is constantly assessing the needs of Medicare-eligible individuals, educating them on the products and plans available in an easy-to-understand manner, and exceeding their expectations in the service it provides. Meeting these individual objectives helps Don carry out his ultimate goal: that McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions becomes the trusted Medicare resource for its clients.
Don brings over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry to McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions. He spent a large portion of his career serving as Chief Operations Officer in the Midwest Region of a nationally-established carrier . Later in his professional experience he transitioned to another major carrier, where he fulfilled the role of Vice President of Medicare Operations. The experience he gained there designing and managing their Medicare Services and transaction processing operations provided him with the wealth of knowledge and skill necessary to fulfill his position as President of MB Senior Solutions with excellence.
Don graduated from Youngstown State University with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. He went on to continue his education at Youngstown State on the graduate level, finishing with his MBA.
Don resides with wife Sherene, a microbiologist. They have two children: son Ryan, who is currently attending graduate school at The Ohio State University, and daughter Marisa, who serves with an established insurance firm in the arena of Business Development.
