Benefit Lunch Track (BLT): In 2009, we will introduce McGohan Brabender's Benefits Lunch Track (BLT) for our clients only. The purpose of BLT is to provide a highly interactive learning, workshop-like environment for topics that address specific areas of client interest. The BLT sessions will be offered in our Dayton headquarters conference facility and in Columbus at the Stoney River Restaurant.

This class will cover the unique opportunities for groups who wish to pursue a Consumer Driven Health Care Plan and updating the current environment on what we have experienced.

Think big but start small when you are creating your wellness program.  This talk will cover the fundamentals of getting a wellness program started no matter what size your organization is.  Modeled after McGohan Brabender’s own employee wellness program, eMBrace is a service designed to support clients who have enthusiasm to bring healthy elements to their workforce.  No matter what budget or time limitations you may have for getting started, we have ideas to help you.

Who Should Attend?  Those who are in the early stages of planning or implementing a wellness program.  (budget or time commitment are not key factors in taking away something good from this class.)

In this session, we will identify 10 critical elements that must be incorporated into an effective open enrollment campaign.  We will also highlight suggestions on how to brand and package your benefit program in the way that best reflects your organization and the value you bring to your employees. 

This session will be led by McGohan Brabender’s Communication Department, who has created open enrollment materials for Fortune 500 companies as well as public entities and small employers.  In 2008, they were recipients of the American Graphics Design Award for their excellence in open enrollment communication.
