Now that open enrollment is behind us and Thanksgiving is upon us, we would like to take this opportunity to commend your team members and tell you how grateful we are for all the time and effort that they devoted to UD to ensure our open enrollment was a success this year.

Kathy Maynard was tireless as she worked to develop plan design options for us to consider to achieve the cost savings we targeted. She also spent a significant amount of time in developing an on-line calculator that estimated and compared out of pocket health care costs for each of our plans. This was a wonderful tool to be able to offer our employees this year and we received much appreciative feedback. We feel fortunate to have her on the team offering such excellent service to UD.

Toni Sunshine was a real asset during our open enrollment meetings providing the expertise to answer employees' questions regarding plan coverage. She was dedicated to giving accurate answers and on several occasions offered to do the research and follow up with our employees directly. We really appreciate the quality service she always provides to us.

Dave Homan was invaluable in providing his expertise in assisting us in developing a communcation plan. The brochures he designed included all of the necessary information and did so in a new format that was well received by our employees. He put up with all of our multiple revisions with such a great attitude. He really went above and beyond. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.
