Lisa Francis Vice President of Human Resources Universal 1 Credit Union, Inc. Dave, In our fast, technological world, I feel it is very worthwhile to take the time to send you a letter via “snail mail” regarding the outstanding job Kim Balling has done for us with the Benergy website! I rarely take the time to compliment presenters unless they perform “over and above”, like Kim, hence the reason I am sending you this letter now! I’m hoping to convey the message to you of just how wonderful a job Kim Balling did for us. Our Benergy educational sessions ran very smoothly, and Kim is a great presenter! She was very thorough with our employees, interjected with humor when appropriate, and was very guarded not to overwhelm our employees with too much information. She was extremely patient with me, by allowing me to continue to add/subtract information and make changes up to the last minute! Her enthusiasm of our participation in this project certainly was conveyed to our employees, and as a department, we have heard nothing but great comments about her. Thank you for all you do for us, and all the time you allow for Kim to take care of our Credit Union. McGohan Brabender is certainly one of the best things that has happened to our Credit Union, especially our human resource department, in a very long time. All your support, guidance and teachings certainly keep us on top of our game. And, we all stay motivated with all your new offerings and education – something that is very critical in our area!
