I would like to compliment Lesley McGuigan on her superb customer relations skills, helpfulness, and willingness to troubleshoot or do anything she can to help us solve problems or accomplish our needs.
She is the best I have worked with during my thirty-five years with Miami Valley Emergency Specialists! I know there had to be times that she was busy when I called her for assistance, but you would never know it. Her willingness to help is constant – even when she sounded very sick with a virus a couple of weeks ago. If all of our contacts were as professional and helpful as Lesley, it would make my job much easier. Unfortunately, none can compare with her.
