To Whom It May Concern,
This past week I had the privilege of putting a face with a name of a person we have been in contact with for the past 4 years. Jennifer Taylor came to Rising Sun Express and discussed insurance needs with us.
We feel the need to let you know what an asset she is to your company. Jennifer is a very busy person we’re sure, but she always has time to help when we need her. Many mornings I have called her at 7:00 and she returns my call almost instantly even if she is in her car. I never have to worry about when she will get back to me, I just know that she will. There are very few questions she cannot answer, but for those few she finds someone who knows that answer. If I have employees who are upset, she has talked to them and calmed them down.
We greatly appreciate the patience, kindness, and time of both Jennifer and Erick Schmidt who have both done a great job for us. Don’t let them get away. They are the kind of people you don’t want your competitor to have.
