I was on site there at McGohan Brabender this morning to record a short video for our managers here at Workflow One.  First, I want to say thank you for helping us with this project and allowing Donna to spend her precious time with us.  She was a charm to work with and was an exceptional coach for me in getting the video accomplished.  Her passion for what she does and for ensuring her customers are satisfied was very clear.  She is a real professional.

Second, I want to comment on the culture.  I received a very warm, customer-focused welcome from the many people that came from around their desks to say Hello.  This speaks volumes for the team and overall organization.

I realize cultures such as what you have there only come about through effective leadership and it's obvious you and your peers have done a remarkable job role-modeling the type of culture you want to exist.

Thanks again for the wonderful exposure to your organization and for Donna's assistance on the video.
