Dear Mr. McGohan:
I am unsure what is going on within the walls of McGohan Brabender’s organization. Whether “it” is in the water or if you have access to some other magical attribute that makes people want to give their very best? Regardless, if you could bottle “it,” you would level the playing field between partisan parties!
I’m writing to convey my appreciation for the level of service and professionalism that I personally have received and for which Miami Township has benefited. Every McGohan representative that I’ve worked with has lived up to a level of service that is beyond compare. This may sound like “gushing,” but it is grounded in several years of factual first-hand experience.
I would especially like to convey the Township’s and my appreciation to Ms. Victoria Rieger. There isn’t one task, activity, or problem that Ms. Rieger has not stepped up to the plate and assisted or problem solved. Time after time, she has given meaning and substance to the words “customer service” and performing “beyond” expectations. I can only hope you understand the comfort and stability that working with Ms. Rieger offers, especially with sensitive issues like benefits.
On behalf of Miami Township’s Board of Trustees and the employees, we appreciate what you and people like Ms. Rieger do for us.
