eMBrace Wellness – Exclusively For Our Clients
“In 2003, five employees stepped forward and asked to create a wellness program for our staff,” said Pat McGohan, CEO of McGohan Brabender. “Our leadership quickly said ‘YES’! Since then the benefits to our company have been tangible. We’re healthier, we continually find ways to support better health on-site and maybe best of all, we’re having a lot of fun doing it!”
Now, after fine-tuning our own program, we’ve taken the lessons learned and put them into a product for our clients. It is a multi-tiered approach we call eMBrace Wellness. All tools for implementing the program are free of charge to clients. Should you need hands-on help, there is a nominal fee.
eMBrace Wellness has two program levels to choose from: passive and active. We suggest that the tools found in the passive portion be adopted first because of their sweeping impact. After firmly establishing those, jump ahead and take on the active program. How do you get involved with eMBrace Wellness? Contact your producer, account manager or McGohan Brabender’s Client Wellness Coordinator, Heather Bailey, at hbailey@mcgohanbrabender.com to learn more.
Are You Looking for ROI Evidence?
Camaraderie. Healthier employees. Behavior change. Reduced absenteeism. Improved safety and productivity. These results are commonly found with wellness programs. For those who need to know the numbers, there is evidence for a positive Return On Investment (ROI). A recent article released by Milliman makes the case.
Compelling evidence for ROI also comes from the work of Dr. Steve Aldana and Dr. Troy Adams. They have built and released an ROI tool that will help put the investment for wellness into perspective.
